World Poker Tour announced the first half of its Season XVII schedule on May 26th, 2018. Eight WPT Main Tour stops will be held now through the 2018 calendar year, which includes a brand new event at California’s The Gardens Casino to kick off Season the from July 21-26 with the WPT Gardens Poker Festival. World Poker Tour Gardens Poker Festival Main Event $5,000 buy-in will be held in the venue’s newly-renovated ballroom.
Following the WPT Gardens Poker Festival, the World Poker Tour will then head to Choctaw Casino Resort in Durant, Oklahoma, for a $3,500 buy-in Main Event. Taking place August 18-27 for the $570 buy-in, $1 million GTD WPT500 Los Angeles will be held at the Bicycle Hotel & Casino in Bell Gardens, California.
Just a short trip down from Atlantic City to Hanover, Maryland, World Poker Tour Maryland at Live! bestbet Jacksonville, and Seminole Hard Rock follow before the WPT closing out 2018 of the Season XVII WPT schedule in Las Vegas with the Five Diamond World Poker Classic at Bellagio.
