Chris Moneymaker’s 2003 WSOP Main Event victory turned him into a poker icon and helped launch the modern poker boom. That win, which came from an $86 online satellite, earned him $2.5 million and forever changed the game.
Now more than two decades later, the ACR Poker ambassador continues to crush on the felt. With this latest Moneymaker Tour Main Event win, his career live earnings exceed $8.1 million.
Earlier this month, he also took down a $300 mixed Omaha event at the same venue, adding $5,195 to his record.

In the final hand of the Moneymaker Tour Main Event, Moneymaker held a 5:2 chip lead over Jason Wandley. The two got it all in preflop—Moneymaker with K♠K♣, and Wandley with J♥J♣.
